Espresso Martini

Recipe:

  • Build in Boston shaker
    • 2 oz. Vodka
    • 1 oz. coffee liquor (Mr. Black)
    • 1.5 oz. cold brew concentrate
    • 0.75 simple syrup (50/50 mix)
    • 1/4 dropper of saline (1000gm to 68 gm)
  • Shake for 1 minute to fully chill and develop foam (DON’T skimp)
  • Strain and serve in chilled coup glass
  • Garnish with three whole coffee beans

Why it works:

The coffee liquor and cold brew concentrate really create a well balanced cocktail with just the right mouthfeel and flavor.
